When to verify security:

• DNS changes
• Account changes (ie admin email address, all passwords can be emailed)
• Restoring backups
• deleting files/emails
• Changing primary domain on account
• If something seems like it would be a major change on an account, have the client either create a ticket through their client area/email from their admin address or open the ticket for them, and have them reply to confirm.
